    Not impressed with dear availability during peak times. Also the moving of student admin services to such a public area is a disaster.

    When submitting a grade review I had to discuss private information in public within view and earshot of other students. If people wanted they could have seen my personal and credit card details from sitting positions.

    Oh and the ventilation in the top floor rattles quite loudly and some of the toilets facilitates are acient.
